Metering attestation
Signed, append-only usage statements per customer and per model, reproducible by a third party from the records. The evidence a token-backed credit line is underwritten on.
TOKEN ECONOMICS · IN DEVELOPMENT
Unify Token turns LLM inference tokens into something a finance team, a bank or a counterparty can work with: metering they can audit, a ledger denominated in tokens, and contracts that lock price and volume.
Inference capacity behaves like electricity. It is gone the moment it is not used, while the entitlement to it can be stored, pooled and transferred. Unlike electricity, the price of a given capability falls roughly ten-fold a year while volume explodes. Everything here is built on those two facts.

01 / WHAT IT DOES
Each one is a prerequisite for the next,
and the first needs no capital at all.
Signed, append-only usage statements per customer and per model, reproducible by a third party from the records. The evidence a token-backed credit line is underwritten on.
Entitlements denominated in tokens, not dollars. Prepaid pools, pooling across models and subsidiaries, carry-over, internal transfer and chargeback.
Forwards and fixed-for-floating swaps written as ordinary commercial contracts, matched rather than warehoused, on open-weight models first because they are the only fungible grade.
02 / HOW IT WORKS
Every request that passes a UnifyAI gateway is counted where it is served, with its model, tokenizer and time slot. No estimate, no self-report.
Usage rolls into statements that are signed and chained, so a lender or an auditor can re-derive every figure from the records instead of taking our word.
Pledge the statement to a bank, pool the entitlement across teams, or lock next quarter's price and volume with a counterparty.
03 / STATUS
We would rather say what is true than describe a target as shipped. Accounts are created by invitation while the first metering source is connected.
